Shumani Nethengwe
Shumani’s extensive experience and skills set in the fields of project management and logistic and industrial engineering as well as solid people skills equip him well for almost any deployment in industry. He is a competent technical writer and clear communicator. He is a natural leader and has a track record of caring mentoring of his juniors. Shumani has been associated with IQS since 2014.
Busisiwe Nkomo
Busi has worked as IT Technician, Logistic Support Analyst, Logistic Support Engineer and Codification Specialist (with experience in Network Administration, Architecture and Standards). She is skilled in the discipline of Systems Engineering, as well in implementing, managing and maintaining networks. She specialises in Configuration Management and Control. Busi has been associated with IQS since 2014.
Jonathan Morse
Jonathan holds an MBA from Curtin University of Technology, Australia and is a thoroughly experienced business, project and logistical manager in the naval and business environments.  He is a sound communicator and team player.  He has in-depth knowledge of a variety of SAN acquisition projects and maintains his nautical fitness with a passion for surfing.  He also has extensive experience in managing (and authoring) technical documentation projects for the SA Air Force (aircraft) and Spoornet / Transnet (locomotives).  Jonathan has been associated with IQS Solutions since 2012.
Kobie Nieman
Kobie’s skills concern content development of technical and training information.  She holds a BSc in Maths and Stats from UCT and has taught at secondary and tertiary level.  Kobie has been associated with IQS Solutions since 1994.
Carel van der Merwe
Carel has been actively involved in rendering engineering consultation and services to Armscor, the SA Navy, Simon’s Town Dockyard and the Department of Science and Technology.  Carel is an experienced System and Logistic Engineer and a registered Professional Engineer and holds a Masters degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Stellenbosch.  He qualified as submariner number 321.
